Post-legislative scrutiny: Flood and Water Management Act 2010 inquiry

Inquiry

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee launches an inquiry into how effectively the Government has implemented the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.

The Committee is calling upon interested parties for views on whether the Government has implemented measures in the Act in a timely, proportionate and effective manner.

This is a short inquiry into specific implementation issues since the Committee does not intend to revisit broad flood risk management roles and governance issues addressed in its previous Future flood prevention inquiry.
