Inquiry into the Government’s proposal for a National Policy Statement (NPS) for Hazardous Waste, published by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on 14 July.

The Hazardous Waste NPS sets out the proposed policy framework to inform planning decisions on applications for large hazardous waste infrastructure projects.
