The Committee on Climate Change (CCC) published its 2015 Progress Report to Parliament in June 2015. In it, the CCC sets out its views on the progress made towards meeting the UK's carbon budgets, and the further progress needed to meet future budgets and the UK's statutory 2050 target to reduce emissions by at least 80% from 1990 levels. The Committee is holding a one-off evidence session to review this.
