Inquiry

The Committee invites short written submissions on the purpose, scope and conduct of the review, and would particularly like to hear from people who have worked in children’s homes or other residential care settings, and young people with experience of residential care placements. We are seeking views on the purpose, scope and conduct of the review, rather than duplicates of submissions made to the review.
