Purpose of the session
The session is likely to examine how the SEND reforms of 2014 have impacted on local authorities, to what extent local authorities are managing to fulfil their statutory duties, and how councils are working across teams to deliver the SEND reforms.
The Committee's SEND inquiry is examining the impact of the reforms introduced in the Children and Families Act 2014.
