The Committee launched its inquiry on 11 October 2013, to follow-up the Committee's 2012 inquiry and to establish whether the Local Government Ombudsman and Government have addressed the concerns identified in the Committee's previous report, The work of the Local Government Ombudsman (2012-13) (PDF 226 KB)

The Committee has called for evidence addressing the terms of reference only for this inquiry. Please note that the Committee cannot comment or look into details of LGO individual cases.
