The Communities and Local Government Committee holds a short evidence session with Denise Fowler, the Housing Ombudsman, at which the Committee asks Ms Fowler about the progress she has made since her appointment and the performance of the Housing Ombudsman Service. The Committee held a pre-appointment hearing with Ms Fowler on 11 March 2015.
