Committee's Report published.

Department presented Command Paper (Cm 8796) to Parliament on Thursday 23 January 2014 introducing the Consumer Rights Bill for First Reading followed by Second Reading on Tuesday 28 January.

Following publication of the Government’s draft Consumer Rights Bill, the Business, Innovation and Skills Committee conducted pre-legislative scrutiny on the Bill.
