The purpose of this session is to scrutinise the work of Homes England, particularly the performance of its main funding programmes, such as the Housing Infrastructure Fund, which supports the provision of the infrastructure needed to unlock land for development, and the Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, which aims to support first-time buyers into homeownership and incentivise the supply of new-build properties.
