During this session, the Committee will hear evidence from parking operators, a debt collection agency and motoring organisations on recent measures proposed by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to improve the regulation of the private parking industry. It will focus specifically on the proposed Parking Code Enforcement Framework.
