The philosophy and culture of aid

Inquiry

The International Development Committee has launched the first sub-inquiry under its umbrella inquiry into the philosophy and culture of aid. In this sub-inquiry the Committee intends to explore the issue of racism in the aid sector. It is seeking evidence on how the sector can ensure it is operating in a way which is actively anti-racist.

The deadline for written submissions is 12 noon on Friday 30 April 2021. The Committee values diversity and seeks to ensure this where possible. We encourage members of underrepresented groups to submit written evidence. Further details of the scope of the inquiry are given in the terms of reference.
