The philosophy and culture of aid

Inquiry

The International Development Committee has launched the second sub-inquiry under its umbrella inquiry into the philosophy and culture of aid. In this sub-inquiry the Committee intends to explore the big, philosophical questions around the purpose and effectiveness of international aid. It is seeking evidence that answers some or all of these important questions and helps to shape conversations on the Government’s international development strategy.

This inquiry is currently accepting evidence

The deadline date for submissions to this inquiry was Friday 17 September 2021. However, the committee is still accepting written evidence submissions beyond this date.
