Committee to hear evidence on net zero policies

The Industry and Regulators Committee will speak to campaigners and former policymakers about the costs of net zero, the Government’s plans for the transition and the role of Ofgem, the energy regulator. The Committee will discuss the cost and potential impacts of a more renewable energy system, how policymakers should consider the interests of future generations, and the role of carbon pricing.
