Behavioural experts and mental health charities give evidence to Committee

The House of Lords Select Committee on a National Plan for Sport and Recreation will hold evidence sessions on how people can be encouraged to change their behaviour to be more active, and the impact of physical activity on mental health. The Committee will hear from the Behavioural Insights Team and leading academics on how people can be encouraged and supported to lead active lifestyles. In the second session, charities will discuss how sport and physical activity can effect our mental health.
