- Juror wellbeing – including whose responsibility it is, the Juror Experience Survey, and the Courts and Tribunals Bill
- Adequacy and consistency of support for jurors, including the development of ‘national minimum standards for Crown Courts’, juror expenses, therapeutic exemptions and international good practice
- Training for court staff on supporting jurors
- Juror Appreciation week and government engagement
- Assessment of the Enhanced Support for Jurors Pilot and costs involved
