Academics give evidence on the common frameworks programme

The Common Frameworks Scrutiny Committee hears from three leading academics in the second evidence session of its inquiry into the common frameworks programme. The session will focus on understanding how common frameworks relate to the Internal Market Bill, the Northern Ireland Protocol and the wider constitutional settlement.
