Justice and Home Affairs Committee holds one-off evidence session with the Home Secretary

On Tuesday 7 July the Committee will hear from the Home Secretary, the Rt Hon Shabana Mahmood MP about the work of the Home Office.

Purpose

This is a one-off session examining the work of the Home Office. The Committee are expected to explore the Immigration and Asylum Bill announced last week, the Common Travel Area, and police use of facial recognition technology.
