Jacqui Smith, whose full title is Rt Hon Baroness Smith of Malvern, will give evidence as the DfE Minister responsible for higher education. She will be joined by the newly-appointed Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Lucy Rigby KC MP.

The Ministers may be asked for their reaction to the findings of the Committee’s survey, which received more than 52,000 responses.
