Legal academics give evidence on Article 2 of the Protocol/Windsor Framework inquiry

On Wednesday 10 June at 10:45am, the Northern Ireland Scrutiny Committee will hold the first public evidence session of its new inquiry on Article 2 of the Protocol/Windsor Framework, with three leading legal academics from across the UK. The session will focus on the origins and scope of Article 2 and the implications of the recent UK Supreme Court judgment in the Dillon case.
