Sir Philip Barton and Morgan McSweeney to give evidence on Lord Mandelson’s vetting

The Foreign Affairs Committee will hold an evidence session on Lord Mandelson’s security vetting for the role of British Ambassador to Washington.

Sir Philip Barton, former Permanent Under-Secretary at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, will give evidence to the Committee at 9.00am.

Morgan McSweeney, former Downing Street Chief of Staff, will give evidence at 11.00am.
