New Prudential Regulation Committee member to appear before MPs
The Treasury Committee will hold a pre-commencement hearing with a new member of the Prudential Regulation Committee (PRC) next Tuesday morning. Professor Niamh Moloney will appear in front of MPs. This follows two consecutive hearings, which took place on Tuesday 11 March, for Andrea Enria and David Soanes.
MPs will seek to determine whether Professor Moloney has the required appropriate professional competence and independence to join the PRC.
