WEC to question Ministers Bridget Phillipson and Anneliese Dodds on women and equalities issues
The Women and Equalities Committee (WEC) will question Ministers Bridget Phillipson and Anneliese Dodds during an evidence session in Parliament on the work of the Minister and Minister of State for Women and Equalities on Wednesday, 12 February.

This is the first session this Parliament with the Minister for Women and Equalities, Rt Hon Bridget Phillipson MP, and the Minister of State for Women and Equalities, Rt Hon Anneliese Dodds MP.
During the wide-ranging evidence session, MPs on the cross-party committee chaired by Labour MP Sarah Owen will examine the Ministers’ priorities, the objectives of the Office for Equality and Opportunity (OEO), plus other current issues.
Discussion is expected to focus on their Ministerial responsibilities and cross-departmental working, women and girls’ health, employment rights, forthcoming legislation, tackling violence against women and girls, and disability.
