- What is your assessment of the progress to date on your ‘five-S’ strategy for MMC: scaling up, standardisation, safety and assurance, soft levels and stimulating the market?
- You lost money when investing in MMC businesses such as Ilke Homes and L&G, do you think this investment was justified for the potential benefits?
- In your written evidence you indicated you do not have data available on the mix of MMC categories being delivered through the AHP, or the pre-manufacture score of homes funded. In this instance, how are you measuring the success of the programme in this regard?
- We’ve heard mixed messages about whether there should be changes to building regulations which consider the risks related to certain types of MMC – do you intend to amend regulations?
- We have heard that making energy efficiency and net zero requirements more stringent for new homes would incentivise greater use of MMC and deliver more future-proof homes. Do you have any plans to bring forward the Future Homes Standard, which you have committed to introducing in 2025?
