On Wednesday 6 December the House of Lords Public Services Committee continues their evidence sessions for an inquiry exploring the transition from education to employment for young disabled people.
This week, the Committee is hearing from disability charities, Disability Rights UK, Leonard Cheshire and Disability Positive. The session will explore the challenges and barriers young disabled people face during this transition - and potential solutions. The Committee will also hear evidence about what constitutes effective support for young disabled people: from educators, employers, and the Government.
