How well is the UK commercialising its advanced quantum research and expertise?

Across three panels on Wednesday the Committee will investigate how well UK quantum research is developed and communicated to attract support and investment, and how well Government supports the sector in that. How attractive is the UK as a location for quantum innovation and investment?

The Government has set out its 10-year vision for the UK to be a “leading quantum-enabled economy”, the “go-to” place for quantum businesses. How close is the UK sector to bringing advanced quantum technologies to the market, and what support do quantum start-ups need to help make that a reality?
