- Do you agree with TopHat that MMC is vital to the delivery of 300,000 homes per year in the UK and do you think it’s realistic to expect that in the short term?
- In your view, what went wrong for the Category 1 MMC companies that have recently closed, such as Ilke Homes?
- By contrast, what are the key characteristics of Category 1 MMC businesses which have done relatively well?
- Do you think MMC-delivered homes are still facing difficulties obtaining warranties and insurance and are there significant differences between Categories 1 and 2?
- We heard from TopHat that there are no specific building regulation issues for MMC homes. At a sector level, do you agree with this assessment?
- Where challenges are structural to the sector, rather than the operational choices of an individual company, what do you see as the proper role of Government in addressing these?
