Treasury Committee to investigate social mobility and intergenerational inequality in wide-ranging session

The Treasury Committee examines intergenerational inequality and social mobility in a wide-ranging session with economic experts.

The cross-party Committee of MPs will explore the causes of income and wealth differences between generations, whether low social mobility reduces economic growth and the impact of coronavirus and the cost of living crisis on inequality.
