Critical minerals, and our increased reliance on them, have significant implications for national security, the green transition and supply chain resilience. This session explores the different approaches adopted by international comparators, including the United States and the European Union, and assess the scope for alliances to shore up supply chain resilience.
The Committee hears from two panels of expert witnesses from the Wilson Center and RAND Europe, as well as the International Council on Mining and Metals, Wood Mackenzie and Eurometaux.
