The Liaison Committee is made up of Select Committee Chairs. This meeting will also be the first attendance for several new chairs who have recently been elected to their positions by the membership of the House of Commons: Education (Robin Walker MP), Foreign Affairs (Alicia Kearns MP), Health and Social Care (Steve Brine MP) and Treasury (Harriett Baldwin MP). There was also an election for Transport (Iain Stewart MP). Greg Clark MP was returned to Science and Technology without an election.
