Levelling-Up Committee questions Permanent Secretary
The Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (LUHC) Committee will question Jeremy Pocklington, Permanent Secretary at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) on the Department's Annual Report and Accounts for the last financial year.
Questions from the cross-party Committee to the Department’s top civil servant are likely to range across the responsibilities of DLUHC. MPs will have the opportunity to ask about the Government's plans on building safety funding and remediation, funding pressures within local government, social housing and the private rented sector, and the process of bidding for levelling up funding.
The Committee will also ask the Permanent Secretary on the steps the Department have been taking to support Ukrainian refugees.
