Oliver Dowden questioned by MPs on Cabinet Office priorities
The Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Oliver Dowden, questioned by the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee in his first select committee appearance in the role.

Issues on the agenda include civil service pay and satisfaction, the scrapping of the plans to reduce the civil service by 91,000 jobs, civil contingency planning, and his priorities for the Cabinet Office among others.
The Minister, appearing alongside Cabinet Office Permanent Secretary and Civil Service COO, Alex Chisholm, will also be questioned on Cabinet Office expenditure and on Civil Service reform.
