Purpose of the Session 

The Committee will look at the barriers to education for children with disabilities, girls and young women, and those from the very poorest and most rural communities, and how these can be broken down.

In the second panel, the Committee will explore the proliferation of low-fee private schools in many developing countries. They will look at DFID's support for low-fee private schools and assess whether this helps or hinders access to quality education for the poorest and most marginalised children.
