Purpose of the Session
With an increasing proportion of UK ODA administered outside of DFID, the Committee will explore the opportunities and challenges arising from this trend, including whether UK aid across Whitehall is sufficiently aligned towards reducing poverty and whether levels of transparency in these funds should be improved.
