Purpose of the Session
The session will cover issues arising from the terms of reference for the inquiry, including:
- Outcomes of the Anti-Corruption Summit held in London on 12 May 2016;
- The Government's role in tackling corruption overseas, including on international tax cooperation;
- DFID's approach to tackling corruption, including effectiveness of country strategies;
- Measuring the success of efforts to tackle corruption and the role of research in understanding what is and is not effective; and
- Cross-Government policy coordination and coherence.
