Foreign Secretary James Cleverly faces questions from the Foreign Affairs Committee

On Monday 14 November, at 4pm, the Foreign Affairs Committee will hold an oral evidence session on the work of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.

This is the first time the new Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, James Cleverly MP, will give evidence to the Foreign Affairs Committee. He will appear alongside the Permanent Under-Secretary at Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, Sir Philip Barton. Topics likely to be covered include the Russian invasion of Ukraine, developments in Iran and COP27.
