RSPCA and Scottish SPCA discuss animal welfare

The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Sub-Committee hears from the RSPCA and Scotland's animal welfare charity, the Scottish SPCA where they will explore the role of the RSPCA in enforcement, including investigations and prosecutions and comparisons with the role of the Scottish SPCA.
