Conduct Committee responds to ISC report on Russia

The Chair of the House of Lords Conduct Committee, Lord Mance, has today written to the Chair of the Intelligence and Security Committee of Parliament (ISC), Dr Julian Lewis MP, to respond to the ISC's recommendation about the House of Lords in its report on Russia.
