Commons Select Committee

The European Statutory Instruments Committee operated from 2018 until 2024. It was appointed by the House of Commons to consider whether certain proposed negative statutory instruments used to make revisions to the law as part of, and subsequent to, the UK’s withdrawal from the EU should instead follow the affirmative procedure.
