Four proposed EU (Withdrawal) Act secondary legislation recommended for further debate in the House

The European Statutory Instruments Committee recommends four proposed EU (Withdrawal) Act secondary legislation for further debate in the House.

During the Committee's meeting on 5 September the Committee discussed the first 24 proposed negative statutory instruments laid by the Government. Of these 24 the Committee recommended that 4 four should be upgraded to the affirmative procedure, and be discussed by Members before passing in to law:
