European Statutory Instruments Committee publishes eighth report

Following the Committee's meeting on Tuesday 21 July, its eighth report of Session 2019-21 has been published.
The report details four proposed negative instruments laid by the Government and considered by the Committee at its sifting meeting. The Committee agreed that the negative procedure should apply to all four instruments:
- The Return of Cultural Objects (Revocation) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
- The Cross-border Parcel Delivery (Amendment) (No. 2) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
- The Cleaner Road Transport Vehicles (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
- The Prohibition on Quantitative Restrictions (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
The Committee will next meet on 8 September.
