Four statutory instruments recommended for further debate in the House

The European Statutory Instruments Committee recommends four proposed EU (Withdrawal) Act secondary legislation for further debate in the House.
Following the Committee's meeting on 13 November, its seventh report of Session 2017-19 has been published.
The report recommends proposed negative instruments laid by the Government, four of which the Committee has recommended be subject to the affirmative procedure:
- The Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships and Partnerships (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018
