Four statutory instruments recommended for further debate in the House

Following the Committee's meeting on 13 November, its seventh report of Session 2017-19 has been published.

The report recommends proposed negative instruments laid by the Government, four of which the Committee has recommended be subject to the affirmative procedure:

The Committee will next meet on 20 November, to consider nine proposed negative instruments.
