One statutory instrument recommended for further debate in the House

Following the Committee's meeting on 20 November, its eighth report of Session 2017-19 has been published. The report details proposed negative instruments laid by the Government, one of which the Committee has recommended be subject to the affirmative procedure:

• The Fertilisers and Ammonium Nitrate Material (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018
