Committee launches Engagement Tool

The House of Commons European Statutory Instruments Committee has launched an engagement tool to help facilitate evidence collection from the public, stakeholders and organisations in to the Committee's scrutiny of proposed negative statutory instruments.

The engagement tool is live now and allows members of the public to comment on specific instruments.

Chair of the Committee Sir Patrick McLoughlin said:

"Comments from organisations and individuals are very welcome and will help us effectively scrutinise these instruments under the EU (Withdrawal) Act."
