Instruments to be considered by the Committee on 16 October

These are the proposed negative instruments that the Committee will be discussing during its next meeting on 16 October

The Committee can recommend these proposed negatives to instead be subject to the affirmative route, and a Lord's Committee (the Statutory Instruments Scrutiny Committee) conducts scrutiny of the same instruments. The Government can reject or accept recommendations made by the Committees, but has to provide a written statement if it chooses to reject a recommendation to make a statutory instrument affirmative. The Committee's next meeting will take place on 16 October.
