BBC Chair Richard Sharp to appear before DCMS Committee

• Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee

Mr Sharp appeared before the Committee in January 2021 for a pre-appointment hearing in which he faced questions about his political independence and suitability for the role. The Committee subsequently approved his appointment.

Mr Sharp will appear before the Committee on Tuesday 7 February. A letter inviting him to give evidence is available here.
