Legal and financial representatives discuss impact of Brexit

The Exiting the European Union Committee travels to Leeds for their ongoing inquiry looking at the progress of the UK's negotiations on EU withdrawal.

UK services sector

Representatives from legal, banking and insurance and financial services companies – including witnesses based in Leeds, which is home to a significant number of services firms – will take questions from the Committee's members.

Following the evidence session, the Committee will hold further meetings with local and regional representatives from the public sector and private firms delivering a range of services.

This session is the latest in a series of visits the Committee has undertaken with the aim of hearing from individuals and organisations impacted by Brexit across the country. Other recent visits included Armagh and Cambridge.
