Committee examines regulation and policies of the insolvency sector

The Business, Innovation and Skills Committee holds a one-off evidence session to inquire into recent developments in the Insolvency Service and the policies and regulation of the sector more generally. It will be hearing from representatives of regulators, practitioners and the Insolvency Service.
