The EU Internal Market Sub-Committee hears from creative and retail industry bodies as part of their inquiry on Brexit: future UK and EU trade in services.

Possible questions for witnesses include:

  • What would relying on WTO membership, a Free Trade Agreement or membership of the European Economic Area mean for the UK's creative industries trade with the EU?
  • How significant is the UK's withdrawal from the EU for UK retailers engaged in e-commerce, and those establishing stores in other EU Member States?
  • What should the Government do in trade negotiations to sustain the UK's global status in Higher Education services?
  • How would changes to the principle of free movement affect the tourism and health sectors?
