Lords debate Brexit: justice for families, individuals and businesses? report

On Wednesday 20 December the House of Lords debates the European Union Committee's report, Brexit: justice for families, individuals and businesses?

The report Brexit: justice for families, individuals and businesses called on the Government to secure adequate alternative arrangements for the mutual recognition of judgments in the other 27 EU members states, as part of a withdrawal agreement or a transitional deal.

Speakers in the debate

The debate is being moved by Baroness Kennedy of The Shaws, Chair of the EU Justice Sub-Committee, and Lord Keen of Elie will respond on behalf of the Government.
