Amongst other matters, Members look forward to asking the Minister:

- Whether the uncertainty caused by Brexit was having an impact on the UK's market for legal services?
- What relationship the Government wants in the area of civil judicial cooperation after we leave the EU?; and,
- Her response to the Council's negotiating guidelines of March 2018 referring only to judicial cooperation in "matrimonial, parental responsibility and other related matters".
