On Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 October, the House of Lords EU External Affairs Sub-Committee will be in Brussels taking evidence from key EU institutions, Ambassadors and commentators as part of its inquiry into the strategic review of the EU's foreign and security policy inquiry.On Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 October,
